The neighborhood
What Skyecroft is actually like
Skyecroft is the newest gated community most Providence Downs buyers seriously consider. Its amenity program was designed for contemporary expectations — a substantial clubhouse, pool complex, trails and playgrounds — and its houses are young enough that mechanical systems, roofing and finish selections are all still current.
The tradeoff is maturity. Landscaping and tree canopy are still filling in, so privacy between homes and the softening effect of established plantings are both lighter than in the original Providence Downs.
